With more than 20 years of professional experience, including over ten years in top management positions in development, operations, and administration at hidden champions of the German SME sector, Stephan Dörfler speaks the same language as our clients. He is convinced that SMEs currently need to reinvent themselves to survive in international competition. The founding of Auguris GmbH stemmed from the realization that established companies can implement radical innovations faster and more effectively with external support. Stephan Dörfler draws inspiration from the startups in which he is involved, which he enriches with his broad wealth of experience.

Dr. Florian Haas brings more than 10 years of experience in large-scale international research, including over 10 years at the European Center for Nuclear Research (CERN) and several years as a research group leader at the German research reactor FRM II in Garching. Dr. Haas spent another 10 years in management positions in the IT industry, including as head of software and project departments with teams of up to 25 people. His area of expertise is holistic process analysis and optimization in the context of holistic change management in the IT sector at various hierarchical levels, from the team to the C-level.

Stefan is an SAP expert with technical and functional expertise in business software engineering and lifecycle management. He specializes in business and IT integration as well as process and solution architecture. He brings more than 20 years of experience from major international projects at well-known companies such as Boehringer Ingelheim (global template rollout), Roche Diagnostics (template governance & S/4 HANA transformation), VW Financial Services (custom SAP development) and Nintendo of Europe (e-commerce middleware).

With extensive experience in sales, key account management, and marketing, Joey Engler helps companies effectively manage administrative processes and tap into digital potential through automation and AI. As a key account manager with experience in hospitality, event management, and media production, he has cross-industry expertise in administrative processes and their optimization.

His special flair for language, presentation, and customer communication, combined with in-depth prompting skills in common language models, makes him a sought-after expert for digital sales strategies and the creative application of new technologies.

As a Junior Consultant, Johanna Doerfler brings her expertise, with a particular focus on medical technology, to our team. Her medical studies and involvement in the emergency services provide her with in-depth expertise for our projects. Johanna gained experience with AI and programming during her school years and successfully represented Germany in international robotics competitions such as the World Robot Olympiad (WRO) and the FIRST LEGO League (FLL).
In addition to technical tasks, she supports us with concept development, marketing activities, and administrative tasks – always with an eye for precise and structured solutions.
